ATU has that advantage. It’s not about being perfect. It’s about being consistent enough that people don’t feel the need to look elsewhere.
It’s also just… convenient
This part is underrated.
There are a lot of ATU locations, so you don’t have to travel far. Booking is simple enough, you can check & book online, and you don’t feel stuck in a long process.
That alone makes people choose it over smaller places sometimes.
Not because smaller workshops are bad, but because convenience matters when you’re busy.
What this really comes down to
Cars need attention. That part doesn’t change.
You can delay it, ignore it for a bit, hope nothing happens. But eventually something will need fixing.
So it’s less about whether you’ll go to a workshop, and more about where.
ATU works for a lot of people because it’s simple, predictable, and easy to access. You don’t have to think too much.
And honestly, for most drivers, that’s enough.
